Bayline Growth is hiring a few senior editors to cut short videos and ads for U.S. brands. The job is full time and remote, so you can work from anywhere. You just need to be online during U.S. Eastern business hours, so you can meet deadlines and talk to the team. You edit in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. If you also know After Effects, even better.

What you would do each day
This is a hands-on editing job. You will edit, not manage. You will make a lot of videos, and they need to be very good.
Edit 1 to 2 finished videos a day, on your own
You get the raw footage. You give back a finished video. No one re-cuts it for you. You do the whole edit, from the first cut to the final export.
Short videos and ads
Vertical videos for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Plus ads that run on Meta. You handle the hook, the pacing, the captions and the sound.
Some motion graphics
Simple animated text, lower thirds and callouts. After Effects makes this easier, so knowing it is a big plus.
Work with a U.S. team, in English
You send short updates in writing each day. Sometimes you join a call. You need to understand feedback the first time you hear it.

You need all of these
- Strong skill in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. You need at least one of them at a pro level.
- You can finish 1 to 2 videos per day on your own, every day.
- You are available during U.S. Eastern business hours, so you can meet deadlines and answer the team the same day. You do not work a fixed 9 to 5, but your day must overlap ours.
- Good spoken and written English. You will talk to English speaking managers.
- A Google Drive link to your portfolio. No link, no application.
- A computer that can handle 4K video, and internet that does not drop.
- WhatsApp on a number you check every day.
A big plus: After Effects. We highly prefer editors who can build motion graphics, but it is not required.

- Editors who can only work from templates.
- People who want to keep many other clients and work for us in their spare time.
- People whose day never overlaps U.S. business hours. If you are asleep every time we are online, this will not work.
- Anyone who sends work they did not edit. We ask what you did on each video, and we check.

Which countries can apply?
Any country. We hire overseas on purpose. We do not care where you live, as long as your day overlaps U.S. Eastern business hours and your internet is stable. Editors in Pakistan, the Philippines, India, Egypt, Nigeria, Serbia and everywhere else are welcome.
Do I have to work a fixed U.S. schedule?
No. You do not work a 9 to 5. You just need to be online during U.S. Eastern business hours enough to meet deadlines and answer the team the same day. Where you live, this may mean you start later in your day. If your hours never overlap ours, this is not the right role.
How good does my English need to be?
Good enough to have a normal work call. You do not need a perfect accent or perfect grammar. You do need to join a call with an English speaking manager, understand feedback the first time, and write back clearly.
Why do you want a Google Drive link?
It is the fastest way for us to watch your real work. A folder of your best videos works. A link to your reel works too. Set the sharing so anyone with the link can view it. If we cannot open it, we cannot review you.
Do I need to know all the software?
No. You need to be strong in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. One of them is enough. After Effects is a big plus and we prefer it, but it is not required.
Is this full time or freelance?
A full time salaried role, not freelance or project work. It is a job, not short term work. We want your full work week. If you keep many other clients, this is not the right role.
When will I hear back?
Please allow 5 business days after you apply. If you fit, Dario will message you on WhatsApp. Please do not apply twice. It will not help you.
What kind of clients would I edit for?
U.S. car businesses. Mostly shops that do paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint and vinyl wrap. Think cars, shops, and owners talking to the camera. If you like car content, you will enjoy the footage.
